We have so many great topics and tricks that we are pumped to share with you. We honestly we can’t wait to get started! Before we get into the nitty gritty, here is a little about us.
The beginning of 9:10 Wood Shop
My husband and I began 9:10 Wood Shop back over a decade ago while we were dating. At that time it was known as Casey’s Woodworking. We were building farmhouse style furniture out of a tiny one car garage in the city. We were selling to our local community on Craigslist. I cannot count the number of late nights and long days that we went through together during that time. It’s a good thing we didn’t have kids at that point because it would have taken that exhaustion to the extreme!
When we had kids, like many other parents can attest to, the business took a backseat to life in general. While the business slowed down, the love for wood working never dwindled. We still made projects here and there, just not like we used to.
Why we levelled up
Once the world faced the global COVID pandemic, Patrick like many others decided that the corporate retail world was not where he wanted to be. We decided to take this hobby, part time side hustle and make it our full time passion project. At this time, 9:10 Wood Shop as we now know it was born, with the spirit of Ecclesiastes 9:10 at its heart.

Our Mission
Ecclesiastes 9:10 says “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might”. That is exactly what we at 9:10 Wood Shop have set out to do. Our mission is to create beautiful wood pieces that serve both functionally and aesthetically for your family. We also strive to provide useful content to help consumers and other makers alike.
